Saska's Polar Plunge
The annual Polar Plunge is a fun, fearless, and frigid event hosted by Saska's, the original steakhouse in Mission Beach, CA. Every January 1st, loyal customers take the chilly morning jump into the Pacific Ocean and celebrate with a special New Year's Day brunch, drink specials, swag, and a costume contest. For the 2019 event, I conceptualized the martini-drinking polar bear and introduced fun motion graphics into the campaign. As a result, the event had its highest turnout ever.
